Here are some sample comments you can consider using. To file your comments go to and in the search bar enter SBA-2020-0015 and place your comments in the appropriate section. The United States enacted the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) touted to provide financial relief in response to the economic fallout from the pandemic. This includes $349 billion in low-interest, long term loans for small businesses.  Please note the bullet point under "Forgiveness" that qualifies the number of employees at the time of filing.

DLI and Regional Associations Hosting Weekly Zoom Meetings

We need to band together as an industry and depend on one another. DLI and its partner associations will be hosting a series of conference calls so members can share ideas and exchange information as it relates to dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.  We would like to limit the calls to 25 members each to facilitate the exchange of information. We will add more calls if interest levels are high. See the schedule for information on joining a call.
